Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50) – Shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our tournament-grade equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process for most items.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Item must be in original, unused condition with all packaging
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Original proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and customization reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened packages of Billiards Ball Storage
  • Custom Pool Cues (made-to-order items)
  • Carbon Fiber Shafts and Cues (unless defective)
  • Opened packages of Cue Balls

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Order number and purchase date
  • Item(s) for return/exchange
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address: 2733 Hart Country Lane, Atlanta, US 30339

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item(s) securely in original packaging with:

  • Return authorization number clearly visible
  • Copy of original invoice

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received:

  • We inspect items within 3 business days
  • Exchanges: Replacement ships immediately after approval
  • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days of approval

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged/defective products:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of damage/defect and packaging
  • We’ll arrange replacement or refund at no cost to you

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • Customer responsible for all return shipping costs
  • We recommend using trackable services (DHL or FedEx)
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Refunds issued in USD as stated on our website
